Ayhan Sahenk Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Technologies
The project with a large courtyard is designed to embrace landscape / agricultural land since it aims to unite theoretical and practical education by interweaving the buildings and the agricultural land into each other. This approach defines landscape as a crucial part of daily life in the faculty and places the buildings around a courtyard as its core. The wheat pattern on the façade which is designed by PAB Architects and graphic designer Didem Ates is the first example in Turkey of an implementation with digital printing at such scale.
